I totally feel the same way, but am still anticipating Nemo with glacier UI. Love the mockup. Sailfish is Good I still feel harmattan is superior in some ways.

Install Ubiboot (http://wiki.maemo.org/ubiboot) first follow the steps in the wiki to install it.
When its up and running(I.e shows up at boot). You can go on and install sailfish.
