SOLUTION FOUND!
I just reset settings.
All malfunctions disappeared:
- contacts
- camera not working
- flashligt not lighting
- Gallery showing no pictures
And within Wazapp
- written message...

I made simple uninstall -no cimplete purge- and Wazapp launched.
However message sending malfunction persists.

Now that you mention some other apps malfunction I want to add that it all started with Wazapp not being able to resize pictures before sending them.

I am experiencing the exact same problem.
But further on, I uninstalled and reinstalled without solution.
Worse, I uninstalled again, purged Wazapp completely and after reinstalling Wazapp shows...

SOLVED
Thank you for your time.
There was no problem with Miriam's Wazapp.
Her phone had some issue.
She reset system and reinstalled Wazapp.
Everything is working fine now

I found a weird bug.
A friend of mine has an installation where /home/user/.wazapp/ folder doesn't exist.
We already purged Wazapp from terminal, deleted account, reinstalled and...

By "allow background data" do you mean "allow background connection" at Settings -> Internet connection ?
If yes, I did.
By pushmail do you mean push notifications.

Here (http://wiki.maemo.org/Wazapp) it says to activate background connection in the phone.
But in my case it by itself didn't solve the problem. :o
Anyone with a proposal or solution? :confused:

Hi.
Wazapp starts OK.
Loads contacts and conversations.
Then stays offline. Label "Offline" always present. :confused:
Tried activaing background connections.
Connected for a litlle time....
