I've had the same issue. You should not create your own theme (using "Save" button in theme customizer), but use default theme (for example, "Nokia Nseries") and change options (fonts, size, opacity...

I think, this problem exists only if I create new theme (with "Save" button in TC). I reverted back to "Nokia N-series" theme and changed font, size, colors with TC - all buttons are working now...

No, I've made videocall with person, who doesn't have webcam. On windows the latest Skype-version is necessary only (and your friend should allow accept videocalls)
