Re: A Sprint phone that works with the N800
I had my Mogul working with My N800 using PDANet. Then I flashed 4.2007.38-2 and I haven't been able to get it working again.
I'm not sure if its something I'm doing wrong or if the upgrade broke...

Re: Getting Started with the N800
I use BTModem on my Samsung i730 PDA Phone with WM05. I'm told it also works on the 6700, but don't know for sure since I don't have one to test.
BTModem can be had at...

Re: Proporta Alu-Leather Case Shipping today
Well, it arrived a couple of days ago, and overall I'm pretty pleased with it. It doesn't add enough bulk or weight to prevent slipping Marvin in my trousers pocket and adds more that adequate screen...

Re: n800 ancestor
Here was mine http://oldcomputers.net/atari400.html . This page says max memory was 48 K, but actually that is in error. the only way to expand this from the original 8K was to piggy back RAM chips...

Re: T9 thumb keyboard
Well, the freedom mini keyboard arrived yesterday, and it works with Marvin ... sort of.
By that I mean it pairs up just fine, and when I type with it something comes up on the screen. Exactly...

Thanks for the report Mark, mine should arrive any day now. I was a little hesitant to drop the hammer on one without knowing if it works.

Re: T9 thumb keyboard
Looks like no one has tried these with an N800, so I went ahead and dropped the hammer on one.
I'll let everyone know how well it works, and my impression of how useful it is when it comes in.

Re: T9 thumb keyboard
This looks like just the ticket, but appears to be just a tad bit spendy. Looks like it should work with Marvin, but I'm not sure I'm willing to drop sixty-five bu' on it to find out it doesn't.

Re: Updating Nokia n800 To New OS Version
I can't for the life of me figger out why you can't flash the ROM Over the Air (OTA). The wizard makes you download the new image in any case, why not just download it to SD and flash from there.
