Is there any network tools to capture the devices in a network? Ip address and mac address stuff.
For instance, if there is a network without an DHCP server running how to find the DNS, internet...

yes you can GSM used to accurate the data thats all. First go to setting and then location, in there you can find Network positioning, disable that then you ready to use without internet :)...
