Below is what I use to play a 720x480 mpeg4 encoded file @850 MHz. 1 Ghz plays the file little smoother.


mplayer -fs -framedrop -speed 1.5 -vfm ffmpeg -lavdopts...

It is always easier to adapt software to hardware, isnt it? Android port work is already under way. If meego is so universal why dont have one on these babies?

You can also add you todo list bluetooth network based streaming. Wi-fi seems a bit out of option for me as I will describe below.

I tried v4l2loopback method, but failed at networking point. Where I am right now, the connection sucks, I can barely connect to the internet (except a few low-load hours). Plus probably I cant pass...

I like this widget for quick note taking. I also try stickynotes widget. yellownotes allows to resize its window unlike the stickynotes one. The only thing I complain with the yellownotes...
