PR1.3 Missing various settings - Sync and Mail for Exchange

I seem to have at least two of the settings categories missing "Sync" and "Mail for Exchange".

I noticed this when changing my method of syncronising my calendar from Funambol to Google Calendar...

On a related note how to the .desktop files get created? is it by HAM?

I have recently reflashed my device through playing with power kernel, all working again now except there are a few icons...

Had the same problem with drives not being mounted, thanks to @merlin1991 for fix (http://talk.maemo.org/showpost.php?p=1189468&postcount=506) all working for me

Has anyone else has a problem...

day and a half of searching and eventually came to this thread, after playing with mount, fsck, /etc/fstab

same excuse as @bacon_station, parenting is clearly affecting my searching skills
...

i am getting the issue on the update to a number of applications message "application packages missing: libqt4-core (>= 4.7~git20100909-0maemo1+0m5)"

i guess i need to remove 4.6.2 and reinstall...
