About the same battery time. You have options in both to increase battery time, you wont get more than 3 days with low battery settings and Wifi/3G Antennas off.

I bought a Motorola Milestone 2, its been a very solid device.

From what I've read they are aiming for a mobile computer phone, basically its a smartphone out and about that lets you go into the office, plug a monitor mouse and keyboard (like docking a laptop)...

Whats funny is that if the Dalvik port were to happen apps would probably run faster as Android doesn't kill anything and lets them pile up in memory.
