Re: Let's talk Nokia stock!

As far as I understood, these percentages were not for units sold in Q2, but for the total market. So the webOS share shows how many of them are still in use...

Re: JollaMobile : Jolla continues Nokia's excellent work on #MeeGo based smartphones

I think the main question is who the security system is trying to protect: the owner of the device, or 3rd parties like the copyright mafia.

I think some of my earlier points on MeeGo community infra (http://bergie.iki.fi/blog/maemo-s_community_involvement_infrastructure_is_what_meego_needs/) would still apply here.

Re: Shuttleworth: Ubuntu is heading to phones and tablets

Quite a lot of the new GNOME and KDE stuff is striving for touch-friendliness. So at some point "regular Linux apps" might work OK on a mobile device.

Re: Nokia Lumina 710 & 800

I've understood hardware support in WP7 is very limited, so Nokia might not have had much choice here. This isn't like Linux where you can just hire a few kernel hackers to do your own hardware...

Re: Intel Plans to Merge Meego System With Limo, FT Deutschland Says

JavaScript and HTML5 are actually not that bad to work with, these days. But shame that this will certainly mean more delays before we see any reasonably open devices.

It would be a lot easier if these requests were handled via email to our support address, not via TMO private messages or Google Plus. Can you do this?
