If it runs for too long at 6%/0%, it will reject the learn cycle on basis that such a sudden dramatic capacity increase is "impossible".

Solution: follow charging progress (from empty) using "./bq27200.sh 5". When RSOC hits 100%, continue charging 15-30 minutes, then disconnect charger and follow the instructuins posted earlier for calibrating.


On another topic, charge.sh/charge21.sh will normally charge less full than bme. bme does good on kernel-power, charge/charge21 undercharges on kernel-power. bme overcharges/float charges on normal kernel, charge/charge21 does good. Where "good" is manuf recommended charge procedure, which matches what bme did in PR1.0, before a kernel change in PR1.3 inadvertedly affected bme. This change, I think, was reverted in kernel-power.
