I think there was a thread about this somewhere. The problem is that Teamviewer isn't open-source. Even the official Linux desktop release uses wine to run. Your best bet is to ask those at teamviewer but I wouldn't hold my breath for a release. Something that might interest you though is the browser viewer or use ssh with X forwarding to an intermediate computer to run teamviewer (which is what I do). You might also like to try the VNC alternatives.
