I'm under the impression that if you buy the phone from an import shop and it breaks and nokia care refuse to repair it, the import shop (at least the first year, maybe more, depending which one and where) will ship it back where it was imported from, have it repaired, and shipped back to you.
This won't happen with an ebay seller..

If you think this makes sense, please consider it before buying it (even if you want it so badly )
