After reinstalling version .11 I am not able to launch DC.
I tried to run it from a terminal
~ $ /usr/local/bin/DialCentral

RuntimeError: the sip module implements API v8.0 bu t the PyQt4.QtCore module requires API v7.0

The old v8.0/v7.0 error. So I clean out python turn off devel in app manager and install gonvert. With that setup 1.3.11 is not in app manager only 1.3.6.
