I confirm that there are same problems on eMMC also (with kernel loaded by flasher). But only if Pali's U-Boot is present on phone. If you remove u-boot from the phone then Nemo kernel will work perfectly when loaded by flasher !! So it is not only a problem of Nemo's kernel.
