Hi Karam,

First of all thanks for this awesome info.

I have run into some problem hope you can help me out
I am not able to install "apt-get install batterypatch" "batterypatch-non-kp" "apt-get install tracker-cfg" "apt-get install apmefo"(without quote offcourse and under sudo gainroot)
it says:
/home/user # apt-get install batterypatch
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
E: Couldn't find package batterypatch

however installing speedpatch, swappolube, etc went fine .

and also

"To check if Battery Patch was applied :
Code:
sudo gainroot
echo 1000 >> /proc/sys/vm/vfs_cache_pressure
Then lock the phone and unlock it
Then
Code:
cat /proc/sys/vm/vfs_cache_pressure
you should see 100
If so then the patch is applied"

How do i input " >> " sign in n900 since there is no such key?
curious cause hav seen this cmd in different post

and regarding the overclock in batterypatch "AS BATTERYPATCH MAXFREQ IS 805" its default max value is 805 or it means its limit is 805?
plz enlighten me..

ohh i See batterypatch is still on extras-devel.. .. got it installed now...
however is it compactable with kernel-power v50????
