It's nice that you're optimistic (joyful?) I guess that's still possible if you choose to ignore what's happening to Nokia. I'm not joyful. I won't even get to enjoy some good old-fashioned Schadenfreude when Elop eventually "moves on to a new challenge" or whatever, because history suggests that he'll be given a fat stack of cash when he leaves.

While it's true that everything good eventually ends - and that Nokia was already in trouble well before Elop arrived - not every good ship has to be set on fire, plundered by pirates masquerading as the crew and then scuttled...
