open mode kernel have some bugs , you can see these in nitdroid thread

my multiboot is not deffrent from sllyboot

Some days ago my phone switched off automatically for insufficent battery level. I thought that when I connected the phone to charger I had the same error like MAX9.. but this has not been because BackupMenu boot image showed me and after countdown started MeeGo (with the phone switched off only the charging battery icon there was on screen).
For this I think that MAX9 have a problem with the BackupMenu file extraction or with an old installation of sillyboot; maybe some files aren't removed correctly or maybe is still there an older nitdroid-sillyboot installation, when the nitdroid was placed to a different folder than the current /home/nitdroid and obviously the sillyboot had a files and source code suitable for that version of nitdroid installed in a different folder.
