I hv deleted everything I'm supposed to delete & when I try to install this new release, I keep getting INSTALLATION INTERRUPTED I click on try again & I keep going back to that same prompt. Any ideas anyone???? Done almost everything everyone who has replied and suggested on the other thread but still getting the same response. Can someone pls assist tks
