You are doing it wrong; why install harmattan-repository_0.4+0m6_all.deb? You already had it in the first place and beside you don't even need it unless the .deb is merely a script to add the harmattan SDK to your ~/sources.list.d/

Anyway after you did dpkg -i wazapp_0.9.13_armel.deb don't you see you have dependency errors?

So you should now type:

apt-get install -f
Let the system configure the dependencies and complete installation of wazapp...If it doesn't work please post the output of the above...
