This could help:

1. (Terminal, sudo)

apt-get --purge remove advanced-power-monitor advanced-power

2. Delete the underlined folder: /opt/maemo/usr/lib/advanced-power-monitor (with filebox for example)

3. reboot

4. (Terminal, sudo)

apt-get install advanced-power-monitor advanced-power

5. reboot
