Would like to get a few themes though

Edit: Is it right that some of the themes has only icon changes?
The themes like "Android" and "Buuf" has a whole theme change.. (This is what I like)

Also, are the themes compatible with Home Screen Settings app? (like adding the "stars" to the background)
