Well thanks for taking the long shot.

To me it looks like your RAM is full and whatever more needs shuffling goes to the swap space (which is much slower). I just don't know if this comes from lazy un-caching or a serious memory hog.
Could you get a similar listing as for CPU% with the top RAM allocators?
