it's a pitty , if the n900 kunbuntu guys will get involved , the arch os on our n900 will become much more
SMS and calls work, I have not tested GPRS. Configuration is a bit tricky though. Sources can be downloaded from wherever Mer and Nemo keep their files nowadays. Cant comment about Kubuntu.
