If you mean N9, 200m precision is not typical. My N9 can get an accuracy of less than 20m. Check that your GPS is turned on and you are not just using cell tower positioning/server data to locate. Use GPSMeefo to confirm you can acquire a GPS lock. It may also take a bit of time for the GPS to refine its position.
