Jolla is back again with the standard answer in its Twitter account:

We are truly sorry for delays caused by tech difficulties w/ shipping! We appreciate your continuous support.
Why the hell don't they say which number of orders have already been shipped? Is it so difficult to make a forecast? Arghhhhhhhhhhh.

A lot of people would be relieved if they could get the information.
