Hmm, no easy way, this is Sparta. Open /usr/share/themes/sailfish/meegotouch/constants.ini and find section

COLOR_SPECIAL1  = #ffffff ;
COLOR_SPECIAL2  = #bcbcbc ;
COLOR_SPECIAL3  = #33f0f5 ; f1b5b5
COLOR_SPECIAL4  = #3a4149 ;
COLOR_SPECIAL5  = $FONT_COLOR_KEYBOARD ; - will be removed in the next release
FONT_COLOR_KEYBOARD = #ffffff;
Edit special color as you want (insert your color in HEX-format) and refresh your phone. At your own risk
