well, If you serious looking for work in that area. The 2020 initiative is the way to go if you looking to regulate stuff in EU. Get a job in Brussels, great work and well paid with low tax. I'm working there from time to time. GL with what ever you choose to do. I don't see why you should pursue this issue anymore, but I respect your right to do it.
