The error message is self-explanatory.

The game installer should install the data files to that directory on N800 and N810. Did you swap SD cards?

ls -l /media/mmc2/share/warzone2100/
...
-rw-r--r-- 1 user root 768 Jun 23 2005 palette.bin
...

(edit) What are you running this on? 770 or N8x0? What OS version?
