You can also download and install Bluestacks ( www.bluestacks.com )on your PC, and install Whatsapp on it. Then enter your phone number to request a code. This one should let you receive a message. If not, wait like 5 nminutes, it will let you to be able to make a voicecall to get your code.

After that, enter the code in WART and NOT on your PC!! Good luck!
