The fact that @nokia on Twitter totally ignored me asking about the lockdown, tells me, yes, I am pretty sure it is locked down. This also seems like a fact when you know just a little bit about Intel and the existing devices based on their chip(py-****)-sets. No sireyco ain't getting one.
