Hi.
This is because the device has been reflashed before.
Forget about the color & country variant & capacity and reflash exactly the same image which is already in the phone. It should fix your problem.
Also follow Coderus advice and flash only the rootfs image. This option will not overwrite the user home directory and you'll be able to recover the contacts & other personal stuff.
