No.
There is no Video calling for Skype on Harmattan. Only sending messages and Voice (audio)calling works with the provided skype deb file.

Just read the thread.... It's explained over there.

Copy the skype.deb to the root of your MyDocs, then go to the terminal and type:

Code:

devel-su

(password = rootme)

Code:

dpkg -i /home/user/MyDocs/skype.deb

Done!
