I'm trying to flash my phone because of "Device not working properly" comes up when i start my phone. I've tried to flash it with windows xp and 7. The problem is, when it's time to connect the phone to pc, nothing happens in the flasher, it just says the "suitable usb interface (bootloader/phonet) not found, waiting", and my phone first starts with the nokia logo and the pc starts to install drivers or somethin and then stops that, then the phone goes to this state (sorry it's in finnish):
