The announcement has no sign to be camera linked.

And for your comment: Even if Nokia has the camera patent, their engineers are gone with MS. There is always difficulties commercialising a good technology, and these experts are in MS now. Furthermore I don't see Foxconn has the ability do to the "superview" as you dreamed.
