The funny thing is, this sensitivity to common character substitutions is a new thing. In other words, someone actively maintains the filter. So the "not our fault, naughty Nokia hard set it up" excuse is a load of crapolla. I would have imagined that maintaining the filter would go down the route of relaxing or removing it altogether, not tightening it up. Hand up, whose clever idea was it?
