i have the opportunity to receive the package in switzerland. i asked to the custom, no ce mark required and vat is 8%. from the website duties seems to be 0 when importing mobile phones within 100kg. i could import 1-2 more for someone who cant receive package..but i am wondering if that could be a legal risk for myself since i will be shipping (reselling-even if without any purpouse of profit) non CE marked products in countries where is required.
