You can always install manually provided that you install "Utilities" in Developer Tools to obtain "wget"

Although command needs to be altered it will download system-ui (1.3.2-1+0m8) and then you would need to use

You have got to decide whether MAG or Coderus but you didn't fully specify all plug-ins you were after.
