I have re-compiled the kernel. It is available to download from here: edp17Kernel_flatpak-support.zip

I have flashed and tried and the '# zcat /proc/config.gz | grep _NS' gives me:

CONFIG_UTS_NS=y
CONFIG_IPC_NS=y
CONFIG_USER_NS=y
CONFIG_PID_NS=y
CONFIG_NET_NS=y
CONFIG_NF_CONNTRACK_NETBIOS_NS=y

I hope this helps with your Flatpak work.
