I updated my Xperia X (single sim) via the in-settings update dialogue, and it got stuck in a bootloop. This was likely due to my endless tinkering, so I reflashed with the latest then updated immediately via an ssh session. I've not seen any of the bugs in this thread so far. So, my suggestion - if you're seeing these kinds of issues - try a fresh flash.
