I'm looking for solution that could provide something like automount for usb flash drives.

I've got something like this on diablo@n810 - I plug-in usb drive and filemanager is started automatically - that's fine. I've noticed that in /media there is also 'usb' directory.

On n770 running OS2007HE with high speed kernel I have no notification about presence of connected drive (other than dmesg of course). I can mount these drives manually (I tried 'auto' option in fstab but it messes something because with auto added in mount opions - I can't mount defined resource manually).

Is there a way to automount any pllugged thumbdrive? I know there can be some partitions related issues but let's assume that I'd stick with first partition ie. /dev/sda1 and so on.
