sorry, but i'm a little behind with the changes (whatsnew) in 5 UI and very short in free time

indeed, it's a pity that mplayer is not in the repositories yet.
if i remember well bundyo did an excelent job porting rc2 for diablo.
hopefully he will find some time to create a test package/binary,
since Sergei? is not maintaining mplayer anymore

rc2 would be even better given that it has much better flv support.
