Daniel, Imo, this just sounds like something that would fit into the Maemo 5 HIG: Text input for search string (with a Search button) Pannable window with search results Text input for filtering Icons (maybe) for search result categories (e.g., phone, GPS, etc.) Unless you want something arbitrarily more snazzy than that, am I getting the picture? If I am, I'd say base the UI off of the Contacts app. But, anyway, if you need help, that's fine too. (Btw, wish I could help right now, but I'm pretty tied up.) Tim
