I wld answer it as True in a way.... as where I come from communities are believed to be one of the main channels of feedback to a vendor. Product MACDs happen based on end user discussions,disappointments etc.

I know it may not work out with Nokia or hasn't worked till now ...but it gives us a chance to speculate and feel happy abt it
