-Refresh the Audio Process to avoid audio glitch
-Refresh the Tracker process
-Refresh the browser MicroB
-Refresh of the most common applications and UIs
-Refresh the all UI Hildon, menus and bars.
-Refresh other processes

I'm testing some new processes but I think this script is mature already
