Yes, you'd need root first of all.
Here's how I'd do it: (Only because I fail at using mv)

Code:

sudo gainroot
cd /etc/X11/Xsession.post/
cp 17camera-ui /home/user/MyDocs/ **put it in a folder for backups**
rm 17camera-ui
