I found this thread http://talk.maemo.org/showthread.php?t=43395 by Qwerty12. This guy is genius Basically you dont even need FMTX widged and FM-transmitter always visibly on the status menu. All you need is just overwrite original fmtx_status_menu_item.so with qwerty's
Dont forget to backup original file in case some goes wrong .....
