Tear refuses to download files from any URL that contains a "?" symbol. That goes far beyond the page you mention. It includes all downloads from maemo.org and pretty much anything else that might be useful. Does anyone know why Tear has this aversion to question marks? In the absence of a better informed explanation, my guess is that it's left over from Tear's origin in Apple Corp's Webkit/Safari. It's just another way to keep Apple's customers locked in their iTunes jail.
