You should install NAS (Network Audio System) Server on N900 - it's available on repos. Next, you should configure client(it's pretty easy) and use it as a default sound device or use with some players(mplayer -ao nas, for example).
It's better to do over wi-fi, but I guess it's possible also over Bluetooth Networking.
