Try full uninstall stratagus and wargus:
$ root
$ apt-get purge wargus stratagus
$ rm -rf /opt/stratagus
$ rm -rf /usr/share/games/stratagus
$ rm -rf /home/user/.stratagus*

And then install wargus again.
