If anything, this is probably the most reasonable request I've seen for an N900 port, as the source has been release under the GPL, and has already been ported to Linux:

What extra work would be required I'm not sure, but it's considerably more likely than most other things people are asking for

Edit: It seems the biggest pinch is the fact that it's written, of course, against OpenGL and not OpenGL|ES 2, on top of utilizing GLU for various operations (which was superseded by EGL.) Unfortunately, I'm not knowledgeable enough in the differences between them all to do a proper port.
